Mindela

For US startups, SaaS teams and growing businesses

Production AI without the big-agency commitment.

Mindela is an India-based AI engineering company serving US teams that need a focused pilot, a reliable AI feature or help turning a prototype into production. Start with one workflow, one measurable outcome and a budget ceiling both sides understand.

Good first projects

Buy one useful outcome, not an AI transformation program.

Smaller budgets work when the boundary is clear. These engagements are narrow enough to prove value, but complete enough to operate inside the real workflow.

A controlled buying path

Prove the economics before expanding the scope.

  1. 011-2 weeks

    Feasibility and scope

Define one outcome, inspect the data and integrations, identify the smallest useful build, and agree on a budget ceiling before implementation.

  2. 024-8 weeks

    Focused production pilot

Build against real data, connect the required systems, measure task success and operating cost, and deploy a usable first version.

  3. 03As justified

    Scale only after proof

Add volume, channels and capabilities only when the pilot meets the agreed business, quality and safety thresholds.

How remote delivery works

The location is different. The ownership and operating standard are not.

01

India-based, stated clearly

Mindela does not claim a US office. US clients work directly with a senior India-based engineering team and know who owns every decision.

02

Working overlap agreed before kickoff

We establish a dependable overlap window for decisions and demos, then use written specifications, recorded walkthroughs and structured handoffs for the rest.

03

Your code and infrastructure

Repositories, prompts, test sets, pipelines and documentation are delivered to the client. Systems can deploy inside your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account.

04

Milestones instead of a large blind commitment

The first engagement is scoped around a measurable result and explicit stop conditions. You do not need to fund a long transformation before seeing evidence.

Questions US buyers ask

Straight answers before the first call.

Can a US company hire Mindela while it is based in India?

Yes. Mindela works remotely, contracts directly with the client, invoices for agreed milestones and delivers code and documentation into client-controlled systems. Your finance or legal team should confirm any company-specific vendor and tax requirements before signing.

Can we start with a limited budget?

Yes, when the first engagement is tightly scoped. A feasibility sprint, architecture review, prototype rescue or one-workflow pilot can establish evidence before a larger commitment. We agree on a budget ceiling and tell you when the requested outcome does not fit it.

How do you handle US time zones?

We agree on a reliable live overlap window before kickoff, with priority given to Eastern and Central time collaboration when practical. Written decisions, recorded demos and structured handoffs keep progress moving outside that window. Pacific time meetings are scheduled deliberately rather than promised as all-day coverage.

Will we own the AI system and source code?

Yes, unless a different commercial arrangement is explicitly agreed. Client engagements are structured around client-owned application code, prompts, data pipelines, evaluation assets and documentation, with third-party model and cloud licenses identified separately.

Can Mindela deploy into a US cloud region?

Yes. The application can run in a US region inside the client's AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account when the required services are available. Data flows, model providers, retention and subprocessors are documented for the client's security and legal review.

Start smaller, learn faster

Bring one workflow and the limit you need us to respect.

We will give you an engineering read on what fits, what should wait and whether a custom build is justified at all.
