Engagements and pricing

A clear first step before a custom proposal.

Start with a workshop, a decision-ready blueprint or one focused AI pilot. These regional planning prices make the buying conversation concrete while protecting the scope, quality and ownership of the work.

How to use this page

Use the number to test fit, then use the scope to protect the number.

Choose the region where the buyer is based. Published figures are starting prices and planning ranges for a typical scope. A proposal states what is included, what is excluded, the evaluation standard and the point where new requirements become a new decision.

Corporate AI training

Per-cohort pricing for private company programs.

Starting prices assume one cohort of up to 25 participants. Custom exercises, internal repositories, industry-specific material, larger cohorts and multi-city delivery are scoped in writing.

AI consulting and implementation

A productized path from idea to production.

Every stage produces something the client owns and can use without buying the next stage. A pilot can start directly when the workflow, data and acceptance criteria are already clear.

What changes the quote

Scope, data and operational risk move the price.

Workflow breadth

The number of end states, exception paths and teams that must be supported.

Data readiness

Access, quality, permissions, labelling and the amount of preparation needed before evaluation.

Integrations

The systems the solution must read, write and authenticate against.

Risk and compliance

Human approvals, data residency, audit evidence, security review and regulatory controls.

Quality bar

Evaluation depth, languages, accuracy target, latency, availability and failure handling.

Rollout

User experience, training, migration, monitoring, support and the number of operating environments.

Taxes, travel, accommodation, third-party licences, model usage and cloud costs are separate unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Prices are reviewed as market conditions and delivery costs change.

Frequently asked

Commercial questions, answered directly.

Are these fixed prices or estimates?

The executive briefing and AI opportunity blueprint are fixed starting offers. Workshops and implementation work use the published range as a planning anchor, then receive a written fixed-price scope. Team size, customization, integrations, data condition, security requirements and delivery location can change the final quote.

Why does Mindela publish regional prices?

India, GCC and United States buyers have different procurement expectations, local alternatives and delivery costs. Regional pricing keeps the first conversation realistic while the scope, engineering standard and client ownership remain consistent.

Can we start smaller than a production implementation?

Yes. Most new relationships should begin with an AI opportunity blueprint or one focused pilot. The first scope names a workflow, business baseline, evaluation set, cost ceiling and scale-or-stop gate. If an existing product is the better answer, the blueprint will say so.

What is not included in the listed prices?

Travel and accommodation for onsite work, applicable taxes, third-party licences, cloud infrastructure, model usage and large data-cleaning work are separate unless the written proposal includes them. Every proposal makes those assumptions visible before work starts.

Does Mindela charge by the hour?

Public offers are priced by outcome and scope, not by an open-ended hourly rate. A clearly bounded workshop, blueprint or pilot is easier for a buyer to approve and easier for both sides to evaluate. Long-running embedded work can use a monthly capacity model with a defined backlog and review cadence.

Start with the smallest useful decision

Bring the workflow, buyer region and limit we need to respect.

You will get an honest recommendation on the right first engagement, including when a product or an internal build is the better option.
