The founder
Rishav Singh
Rishav is a senior AI engineer whose path runs through the places where modern AI is actually made. At Turing, he worked on projects for OpenAI and Google, seeing firsthand the engineering standards frontier labs demand of the systems around their models.
He mentors practitioners in AI and MLOps at IISc Bangalore, India's premier research institute, has consulted on agentic systems for Accenture and on multi-agent architectures for Uber's autonomous-driving work, and has built AI and data systems across HR-tech, fintech and enterprise analytics.
Along the way he has trained more than 10,000 professionals across India: 2,600 at athenahealth, 2,000+ at Morgan Stanley, 1,500+ at NPCI, 500 at Adobe, and around 2,000 more through programs with Scaler, TalentSprint and Analytics Vidhya.
An engineering graduate of NIT Jamshedpur, he founded Mindela on a simple bet: companies don't need more AI hype. They need engineers who can make it work in production and prove it.
