Corporate AI training prices are difficult to compare because the label can describe very different products. A ninety-minute executive briefing, a generic prompt workshop and a full-day session on internal repositories may all be sold as corporate AI training.

The useful comparison is not only the number of hours. It is the work completed before, during and after those hours.

What the public market says

Published asking prices show how wide the category has become.

In India, Technovids publishes ₹75,000 to ₹1,00,000 for a one-day AI workshop for 15 participants and describes a broader ₹60,000 to ₹2,50,000 per-cohort market range. Its listed package includes materials, assessment, certificates and follow-up support. See the provider's AI training pricing page.

In the United States, Greenway Tech Education publishes a 2026 market range of $3,000 to $8,000 for a half-day workshop and $6,000 to $15,000 for a full day. Public GCC workshop rates are less consistent. Many providers quote after a call, particularly for onsite delivery, Arabic content, regulated sectors or programs linked to a larger AI rollout. A buyer should ask for the agenda, participant outputs, customization assumptions and follow-up plan before comparing the price.

Published prices are asking prices, not audited transaction data. They are useful anchors, but the scope still decides whether two offers are comparable.

Why Mindela prices by cohort

The primary cost of a private workshop is not one additional participant. It is discovery, curriculum design, representative examples, instructor preparation, live delivery and the follow-up artifacts.

Per-cohort pricing gives the buyer a predictable number and encourages the company to train a complete working group rather than a few individuals who must later translate the material for everyone else.

Mindela's standard starting prices assume up to 25 participants because that size still supports hands-on work and useful instructor feedback. Larger groups can work, but the delivery design changes. A lecture for 100 people should not be sold as the same product as a lab for 20.

What should be included

A strong private workshop should make six items clear before booking:

  1. Audience: developers, DevOps, sales, marketing, operations, leadership or a mixed cohort.
  2. Approved tools: Claude Code, Codex, enterprise chat tools, CRM systems, internal knowledge sources or another company-approved environment.
  3. Representative work: repositories, documents, workflows or sandbox data the cohort can safely use.
  4. Safety boundary: what participants may share, what the tool may access and which actions require approval.
  5. Participant output: a completed workflow, reusable instructions, a review checklist or another artifact the team keeps.
  6. Adoption decision: the use cases, owners and measures the company will review after the session.

If the proposal lists only topics and slides, the buyer still does not know what employees will be able to do when the session ends.

Claude Code and Codex training needs more than prompting

Coding agents can inspect repositories, edit files, run commands and continue after seeing test or tool output. That makes the training surface wider than autocomplete or prompt writing.

An engineering program should cover:

  • repository instructions and durable project context;
  • task scoping, planning and acceptance criteria;
  • permissions, sensitive data and command boundaries;
  • debugging, refactoring and meaningful test creation;
  • review burden, failure recovery and human accountability;
  • measurement based on accepted work, defects, cycle time and cost per completed task.

OpenAI's current enterprise rollout guidance for Codex covers workspace access, identity and role controls, local requirements, repository configuration, cloud environments, plugins or skills, governance, analytics and maintenance. Anthropic's current guidance covers Claude Code enterprise network controls and gateways that centralize credentials, usage tracking, budgets and audit logs.

The workshop should connect those controls to the team's real engineering practices instead of teaching tool commands in isolation.

Choose a full day when

Choose multiple sessions when

  • participants need to apply the method between sessions;
  • internal champions will own adoption;

How to compare two proposals

Normalize each proposal against the same questions:

  • How many participants can do hands-on work?
  • How much preparation and customization is included?
  • Are internal tools or representative workflows used?
  • What artifacts does the company keep?
  • Is follow-up support included?
  • Are travel, taxes, licences and tool usage separate?
  • Who leads the session, and do they build the systems they teach?

The cheapest session can be expensive if the company must repeat it with a second provider. The highest price can also be unjustified when customization means only adding the buyer's logo to a standard deck.

The commercial goal is a format that produces useful work at a price the sponsor can approve.
